Since starting accession and development in Vietnam, Honda company has organized many social activities, aimed to help and develop the country. With the campaign "I love Vietnam", Honda has used 10 million dollars to carry out social activities within five years (2006-2010). In 2006, Honda has supported 160 million USD for the victims of Typhoon Chanchu caused, and 160 million USD to fund Vietnam child sponsorship to support the surgery for children with cystic fibrosis deltoid chemistry. In 2009, Honda has supported 234 million USD for the victims of Typhoon No. 9 in the provinces of Central Vietnam. They also have educational support programs in Vinh Phuc, aims to improve education for children. Along with that, Honda has created jobs for thousands of workers in our country.
