Tổ kiểm soát côn trùng hiện tại gồm 5 nhân viên và do Phòng Hành chính PQ 1 quản lý. Như trước đây chị Dương và tôi đã có đề xuất, nên đánh giá lại tính hiệu quả (cả về khả năng kiểm soát côn trùng lẫn chi phí) của Tổ kiểm soát côn trùng này. Khi PQ 2 khai trương, ta đã thuê công ty bên ngoài vào đảm trách khu vực PQ 2. Lúc đó chúng tôi cũng đã đề xuất, sau 3
tháng, chúng ta sẽ so sánh chất lượng công việc và chi phí giữa thuê ngoài và tự làm để trên cơ sở đó quyết định phát triển đội Kiểm soát côn trùng hay bỏ và thuê ngoài. Sau Tết chúng tôi sẽ đánh giá lại việc này và sẽ có đề xuất cụ thể.
Do chỉ còn một thời gian ngắn trước khi đánh giá và Tổ KSCT cũng chỉ có 5 nhân viên nên tôi xin đề xuất tạm thời vẫn để Phòng HC PQ1 phụ trách Tổ KSCT. (tôi đã trao đổi với Phương và Phương cũng nhất trí việc này. OK
