Theo dõi lịch trình hàng vận chuyển
Sau khi tàu rời cảng, cần tiến hàng kiểm tra với đối tác hay các hãng vận chuyển để nắm thông tin về tình trạng lô hàng tại các mốc thời gian:
- Thời điểm hàng rời cảng đi
- Thời điểm hàng chuyển tải (nếu có)
- Thời điểm hàng đến cảng đích
Trường hợp lịch trình vận chuyển thay đổi, hoặc không nắm được tình trạng lô hàng, cần thực hiện theo “Hướng dẫn xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp của dịch vụ đại lí vận tải Đường biển”.
