Mức thu lệ phí môn bài được quy định theo từng đối tượng và mức vốn điều lệ hoặc vốn đầu tư. Cụ thể, đối với doanh nghiệp phải nộp lệ phí môn bài 3 triệu/năm nếu có vốn điều lệ hoặc vốn đầu tư trên 10 tỷ; 2 triệu/năm nếu vốn điều lệ hoặc vốn đầu tư từ 10 tỷ trở xuống (điểm a, b khoản 1 Điều 4).
