- Đặc biệt xin chào mừng sự tham gia của các diễn giả đến từ các cơ quan chuyên ngành về biến đổi khí hậu. Xin giới thiệu giáo sư tiến sĩ Trần Thục, Nguyên Viện trưởng Viện Khí tượng thủy văn và Biến đổi khí hậu, tác giả của Kịch bản biến đổi khí hậu và NBD của Việt Nam với rất nhiều những nghiên cứu liên quan về KTTV và BĐKH.
