Tiền là rất quan trọng , nó là tài sản quý giá. Tuy nhiên không được coi tiền là độc tôn . Nghĩa là quan trọng mà không độc tôn, mà ta phải coi nó là một tài sản như bao tài sản khác. Tiền thực chất là tài sản trung gian giữa mọi loại tài sản vật chất và tinh thần . Điều đó nghĩa là : Mọi thứ như trí tuệ, đạo đức đều có thể chuyển thành tiền và ngược lại . Điều này thế hiện rất rõ ở các nước phát triển .
Ở nơi kém phát triển thì hoặc là người ta quá đề cao tiền hoặc là người ta coi thường tiền.
Bài học rút ra là : Ta không được coi một cái gì đó là suông suông không liên quan gì đến tiền. Hiện nay mà không liên quan gì đến tiền thì người ta sẻ không dám làm. Hai là ta không được coi tiền là tất cả vì tiền thực chất cũng chỉ là một tài sản cho nên có thể tính bằng các tài sản khác. Cho nên đó là mâu thuẩn ta cần giải quyết !

Những người hoạt động trong lĩnh vực trí tuệ : học tập nghiên cứu. . . thường rất thiếu tiền. Do ta không thấy được tầm quan trọng của trí tuệ. Chúng ta không thấy được mối quan hệ giữa trí tuệ với các lĩnh vực khác. Không thể định lượng được bằng tiền. Điều đó dẩn đến hậu quả là : Người ta không đầu tư công sức vào lĩnh vực này. Cho nên không thể khuyến khích tạo nên được những con người có đức tài cao.
