Báo cáo tài chính phải được lập chính xác, trung thực, đúng mẫu biểu đã qui định, có đầy đủ chữ ký của những người có liên quan và phải có dấu xác nhận của cơ quan, đơn vị để đảm bảo tính pháp lý của báo cáo.
