Theo chương trình cho thuê của công ty thì ngày Hợp đồng có hiệu lực là sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày bạn đã ký biên bản nghiệm thu và quyết toán căn hộ với nhà thầu và một số biên bản mà tôi đã gửi cho bạn ký vào hôm trước.
Về ngày nhận lợi nhuận cho thuê sẽ được công ty thanh toán trong vòng 15 ngày của tháng thứ 7 ( nghĩa là sau 6 tháng công ty sẽ chuyển lợi nhuận một lần )
