Sở dĩ có thể gắn bó với nghề may tới 12 năm, và phấn đấu lên tới vị trí Tổ trưởng, là vì tôi rất yêu nghề. Nghề rèn cho tôi tính kiên trì và có được kỹ năng sắp xếp thời gian, bố trí công việc hợp lý, hiệu quả. Sau hơn hai năm làm việc ở Công ty, tôi đã được vào vị trí Tổ trưởng Tổ 2. Tôi càng tâm huyết với nghề hơn, sẵn sàng vật lộn với những khó khăn, học tập nâng cao tay nghề và thêm kỹ năng quản lý. Công ty đã tạo điều kiện cho tôi đi học quản lý, với những kiến thức rất có ích cho vị trí mới của tôi, biết tìm ra giải pháp xử lý biến động lao động, giữ chân NLĐ lành nghề lại với đơn vị, đào tạo đội ngũ công nhân kế cận.
