+ Thư xác nhận công nợ là một phần cơ sở khẳng định số dư các khoản mục công nợ theo dõi trên sổ sách là chính xác và đánh giá khả năng có thể thu hồi các khoản công nợ. Theo quy định tại Điều 40 Luật số: 88/2015/QH13 ngày 20 tháng 11 năm 2015 Công ty phải gửi thư xác nhận công nợ tại ngày kết thúc năm tài chính.
