Trường hợp kết quả kiểm tra có sai

Trường hợp kết quả kiểm tra có sai lệch, vi phạm thì lập biên bản chứng nhận/biên bản vi phạm và chuyển hồ sơ sang bộ phận chức năng theo quy định.
+ Đối với thủ tục hải quan thủ công: Nếu kết quả kiểm tra phù hợp với khai hải quan thì công chức kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa ghi kết quả kiểm tra vào hệ thống, đồng thời ghi vào mục 4.1.2 Lệnh hình thức, mức độ kiểm tra hải quan, ký, đóng dấu công chức và xác nhận đã làm thủ tục hải quan trên tờ khai hải quan theo quy định. Chuyển hồ sơ sang bộ phận thu thuế và lệ phí hải quan, đóng dấu: “Đã làm thủ tục hải quan” lên tờ khai Hải quan theo quy định tại Quy trình thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu thương mại ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 1171/TCHQ/QĐ ngày 15/6/2009 của Tổng cục Hải quan.
Trường hợp kết quả kiểm tra có sai lệch, vi phạm thì lập biên bản chứng nhận/biên bản vi phạm và chuyển hồ sơ cho Chi cục Hải quan đăng ký tờ khai để xử lý theo quy định của Tổng cục Hải quan.
