ĐIỀU 5: QUẢN LÝ, SỬ DỤNG PHẦN SỞ HỮU/SỬ DỤNG CHUNG
Việc quản lý, sử dụng Phần Sở Hữu/Sử Dụng Chung trong Nhà Chung Cư phải tuân thủ theo các quy định sau đây:
5.1 Mọi Cư Dân có quyền ngang nhau đối với Phần Sở Hữu/Sử Dụng Chung và phải có ý thức giữ gìn, bảo quản tài sản chung của Nhà Chung Cư.
