Trách nhiệm của chúng tôi là đưa ra ý kiến về báo cáo tài chính dựa trên kết quả của cuộc kiểm toán. Chúng tôi đã tiến hành kiểm toán theo các chuẩn mực kiếm toán Việt Nam. Các chuẩn mực này yêu cầu chúng tôi tuân thủ chuẩn mực và các quy định về đạo đức nghề nghiệp, lập kế hoạch và thực hiện cuộc kiểm toán để đạt được sự đảm bảo hợp lý về việc liệu báo cáo tài chính của Công ty có còn sai sót trọng yếu không.

Our responsibility is to give an opinion on the financial statements based on the results of the audit. We have conducted audits according to the standard audit Vietnam. These standards require that we comply with the standards and the rules of professional ethics, to plan and implement audit to gain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements of the company are also not major flaws.

Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. We have conducted our audit in accordance with Auditing Standards Vietnam. Those standards require that we comply with the prescribed standards and professional ethics, planning and performing the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements of the Company have misstatement was not.
