2.1. Thời hạn thuê là 24 tháng, tính từ ngày ................ đến hết ngày ................
2.2. Bên A miễn phí tiền thuê cho Bên B trong ............. ngày, tính từ ngày ................ đến ngày ............... để thiết kế, trang trí văn phòng. Chi phí thiết kế, trang trí sẽ hoàn toàn do chi trả của Bên B.

2.4. Thời gian Hợp đồng có thể được thay đổi khi 2 bên có thoả thuận bằng văn bản đồng ý gia hạn thêm hợp đồng.
 Nếu Bên B có nhu cầu muốn gia hạn Hợp đồng, Bên B phải gửi thông báo bằng văn bản đề nghị gia hạn hợp đồng cho Bên A ít nhất 02 tháng trước ngày hết hạn Hợp đồng.
 Trường hợp không nhận được văn bản gia hạn Hợp đồng từ Bên B theo như quy định, Bên A được quyền đàm phán, giới thiệu Phần diện tích thuê cho khách hàng mới.
 Nếu Bên A và Bên B đồng ý, thống nhất được việc gia hạn Hợp Đồng thì các bên phải ký kết văn bản xác nhận, có thể là bản Sửa Đổi Hợp Đồng, Phụ lục Hợp đồng trong vòng ít nhất 01 tháng trước Ngày chấm dứt/ngày hết hạn hợp đồng (giá theo thời điểm thương lượng)
2.5. Một trong hai bên không được đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn ngoại trừ những trường hợp được quy định tại điều 8
