Nếu bên A thanh toán chậm trễ ảnh hưởng đến tình hình tài chính của bên B, thì coi như bên A đã vi phạm hợp đồng và chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại cho bên B theo mức phạt cụ thể như sau: Bên A sẽ bị phạt 0.1% tổng giá trị hợp đồng cho 01 (một) ngày thanh toán chậm trễ, và thời gian chậm trễ không được vượt quá 10 ngày. Bên A chấp nhận bị phạt khi và chỉ khi Bên B thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ trách nhiệm của mình theo Hợp đồng này.
