Dự án này được thiết kế nhằm nâng cao năng lực của NMT trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn kỹ thuật trồng hoa cho các nhóm nông dân gồm người Kinh và đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số sống gần NMT thuộc Thôn Đa Cho, xã Đa Nhim, huyện Lạc Dương, Tỉnh Lâm Đồng. Thêm vào đó dự án sẽ hỗ trợ nâng cấp hệ thống chế biến và đóng gói của Công ty nhằm nâng cao chất lượng hoa. Dự án cũng sẽ giúp các hộ trồng hoa quy mô nhỏ xây dựng quan hệ hợp tác tốt với NMT trong việc xuất khẩu hoa.

2 the context projectThis project is designed to enhance the capacity of the NMT in providing technical consulting services for the growing group of business people including farmers and ethnic minorities live near Rural communes, For in the NMT Multi Nhim, district of Luoyang, Lam Dong Province. Add to that the project will help upgrade the system for processing and packaging of the company aimed at improving the quality of the flowers. The project will also help the households growing small scale building good partnerships with NMT in the export of flowers.

2 Background Project
This project is designed to improve the capacity of NMT in providing technical advisory services for floriculture farmers groups including Kinh and ethnic minorities living near the village of NMT Da Cho, Da Nhim commune, Lac Duong district, Lam Dong Province. In addition the project will support the upgrading of the system's processing and packaging companies to improve the quality of flowers. The project will also help the small-scale growers to build good relations with NMT in exporting flowers.
