Người học nghề không phải bồi thườn

Người học nghề không phải bồi thường nhưng phải báo trước 03 ngày làm việc cho Công ty biết khi đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng này trước thời hạn trong các trường hợp sau:
(i) Người học nghề đi làm nghĩa vụ quân sự. (có xác nhận của UBND cấp xã nơi cư trú)
(ii) Người học nghề do ốm đau, tai nạn, thai sản không đủ sức khỏe để tiếp tục học nghề. (có xác nhận của cơ sở y tế có thẩm quyền)
Gia đình có khó khăn không thể tiếp tục học nghề. (có xác nhận của UBND cấp xã nơi cư trú)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Apprentices are not compensation but must report before 3 working days for the company to know when to terminate this contract before the deadline in the following cases:(i) apprentices go do military service. (certified by the PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE granted the commune residence)(ii) apprentices due to sickness, accident, maternity is not healthy enough to continue his apprenticeship. (certified by competent health facilities)The family has difficulty can not continue the apprenticeship. (certified by the PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE granted the commune residence)

Apprentices are not compensated but advance notice of 03 working days for the company to know when to unilaterally terminate the contract ahead of schedule in the following cases:
(i) Apprentices go do the military service. (Confirmed by habitat CPC)
(ii) Apprentices due to illness, accident, maternity not healthy enough to continue vocational training. (Confirmed by medical establishments authorized)
Family with difficulty can not continue apprentices. (Certified by the CPC residence)
