In this study, we selected inductive methods. I started with research materials on Marketing and related issues (in part II). Then, on the basis of the theory to make the survey questionnaire (part III). Next, I had to analyse and calculate the results of the interview (part IV). Finally, based on the results and the theory, gives the company some advice to improve marketing 4 p (part V)
