- Căn cứ Quyết định số 4578/QĐ-UBND ngày 28/10/2008 về việc giao Trung tâm Điều hành chương trình chống ngập nước thành phố thay mặt, giúp Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố theo dõi, tiếp nhận đưa vào quản lý vận hành khai thác một số hạng mục công trình của các dự án Cải thiện môi trường nước lưu vực kênh Tàu Hũ-Bến Nghé-kênh Đôi-kênh Tẻ (giai đoạn 1) và dự án Vệ sinh môi trường thành phố (lưu vực Nhiêu Lộc-Thị Nghè).
