Giáo viên là yếu tố quyết định hàng đầu trong việc thực hiện đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy. Với sự nhận thức đúng đắn, với tinh thần trách nhiệm và sự quyết tâm cao, kỹ năng sử dụng thiết bị dạy học và tổ chức hướng dẫn học sinh học tập tốt là những phẩm chất cần thiết của người giáo viên trong nhà trường.
Người giáo viên phải có kiến thức đa dạng.
