Hoàn thành nội dung và tiến độ công

Hoàn thành nội dung và tiến độ công việc được quy định trong Hợp đồng theo đúng các tiêu chuẩn, yêu cầu kỹ thuật, quy trình, quy phạm hiện hành.
5.4 Chủ động tổ chức thực hiện công việc và giao nộp hồ sơ tài liệu cho Chủ đầu tư theo nội dung phạm vi công việc và tiến độ thực hiện công việc được quy định trong Hợp đồng này.
5.5 Bảo vệ, giải trình hồ sơ khảo sát, thiết kế và các công việc khác có liên quan cho Chủ đầu tư trong phạm vi công việc được quy định trong Hợp đồng này trước cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi có yêu cầu của Bên Chủ đầu tư.
5.6 Chịu toàn bộ trách nhiệm về nội dung khối lượng, chất lượng, kết quả thực hiện các công việc của mình theo Hợp đồng và khắc phục ngay những sai sót (nếu có) trong quá trình thực hiện. Đảm bảo thực hiện theo đúng quy trình quy phạm, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy định hiện hành.
5.7. Tạo điều kiện để Chủ đầu tư trực tiếp giám sát, đôn đốc Tư vấn thực hiện Hợp đồng. khi Chủ đầu tư có văn bản yêu cầu. Bên Tư vấn có nghĩa vụ phải trả lời bằng văn bản/email chậm nhất là 03 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được văn bản của Chủ đầu tư.
5.8. Bên Tư vấn có trách nhiệm mua bảo hiểm sản phẩm tư vấn và các bảo hiểm liên quan khác theo đúng quy định hiện hành của pháp luật Việt Nam.
5.9. Thực hiện giám sát tác giả theo qui định hiện hành. Trong quá trình triển khai thi công, nếu có sự thay đổi hoặc phát sinh tăng, giảm do lỗi thiết kế, bên Tư vấn phải có trách nhiệm lập hồ sơ giúp Chủ đầu tư trình duyệt bổ sung.
5.10. Kịp thời thông báo bằng văn bản cho Chủ đầu tư biết khi thấy bất cứ thông tin nào do Chủ đầu tư cung cấp là không đủ hoặc không chính xác để Chủ đầu tư thực hiện công việc và thực hiện các sửa đổi, bổ sung, điều chỉnh (nếu cần) cho việc thực hiện công việc.
5.11 Bên Tư vấn phải có trách nhiệm hiệu chỉnh các lỗi, sai sót, thiếu hụt ... , hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ khảo sát thiết kế trong vòng 03 ngày theo đúng tiến độ quy định cho từng lọai hồ sơ kể từ ngày nhận được ý kiến từ Chủ dđầu tư. Nếu quá thời hạn 03 ngày bên Tư vấn không thực hiện, Bên Tư vấn vi phạm hợp đồng và sẽ bị phạt theo quy định
5.12 Chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp cho Chủ đầu tư những ý tưởng, ý kiến liên quan đến việc thiết kế dự án theo nội dung và khối lượng công việc được quy định tại Phụ lục Hợp đồng hợp đồng này một cách đầy đủ và tốt nhất, nhằm đảm bảo giúp cho Chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án có hiệu quả về mỹ thuật, kỹ thuật và kinh tế.
5.13. Bên Tư vấn phải điều chỉnh thiết kế bản vẽ thi công cho phù hợp với tình hình thực tế hoặc những thiếu sót trong quá trình thiết kế mà không đòi hỏi chi phí nào từ bên Đầu tư, việc này coi như bao gồm trong giá trị hợp đồng.
5.14. Bên Tư vấn không được quyền chuyển giao một phần hoặc toàn bộ nghĩa vụ của mình cho bên thứ ba nếu chưa được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Bên Chủ đầu tư.
