Mỗi lô bêtông theo quy định hoặc mỗi loại kết cấu đại diện đều được lấy mẫu thí nghiệm tại hiện trường, mẫu chính xác 150*150*150, trên mẫu ghi ngày tháng, mã mác, tiến hành bảo dưỡng tại bể hiện trường ít nhất 72 giờ, sau đó chuyển về viện thí nghiệm tiếp tục bảo dưỡng để nén ở tuổi 7 ngày và 28 ngày, trước sự chứng kiến của Kỹ sư giám sát và Chủ đầu tư.
