- Step 3: Thrombus suction + Replace Epsylar in the 6F sheath position at the thrombus suction inlet position. + Insert the Indigo CAT8 catheter along the M150 guide wire, suction the blood from the periphery to the center using an automatic suction machine (Penumbra). Suction several times until creating a clear flow in the deep veins of the lower limbs to the lower vena cava

Step 3: Vampire.
Replace Epsylar with the 6F housing at the HK suction channel position.
Take the Indigo CAT8 conduit onto the M150 wire and use an automatic vacuum cleaner (Penmbra) to suck HK from the periphery into the center. Inhalation multiple times until a smooth downward flow of TMC is formed in the deep veins of the lower limbs
