Họp bế mạc: Sau khi đánh giá, Trưởng đoàn đánh giá họp các thành viên đoàn đánh giá để thống nhất lại kết quả đánh giá, lập các "Phiếu yêu cầu hành động khắc phục, cải tiến" (nếu có) và tiến hành họp bế mạc.
Thành phần tham gia họp bế mạc gồm đoàn đánh giá, Trưởng ban ISO (và Giám đốc Công ty, nếu có thể), Trưởng (phó) các bộ phận liên quan.
Nội dung họp bế mạc: nêu lên những ghi nhận đánh giá quan trọng, khẳng định mức độ phù hợp của hệ thống, thông qua các điểm không phù hợp (nếu có)
Đoàn đánh giá gửi các "Phiếu yêu cầu hành động khắc phục, cải tiến" (nếu có) về Ban ISO để Ban này yêu cầu bên được đánh giá triển khai khắc phục, cải tiến
Sau cuộc họp bế mạc, Trưởng đoàn đánh giá phải lập "Báo cáo kết quả đánh giá nội bộ" và kèm theo các "Phiếu yêu cầu hành động khắc phục, cải tiến" trình Giám đốc Công ty xem xét.
