Ban liên lạc xin cảm ơn các Ủy viên đã giúp đỡ thống kê kinh phí ATVSLĐ của BP mình trong 06 tháng đầu năm (từ 15.12.2015-15.06.2016). Để đảm bảo kế hoạch ATVSLĐ 06 tháng cuối năm 2016 được thực hiên theo đúng tiến độ & sát với kinh phí đã dự trù,
Ban liên lạc có 02 việc rất mong các Ủy viên vui lòng giúp đỡ thực hiện, cụ thể như sau:
1: Về kế hoạch thực hiện ATVSLĐ
- Các Ủy viên giám sát thực hiện theo đúng kế hoạch đã được phê duyệt trong tháng 03.2016. (chi tiết xin xem fiel đính kèm)
- Nếu có điều chỉnh kế hoạch xin vui lòng gửi thông tin cụ thể qua email cho Ms Huyền (BP PL) trước ngày 20.07.2016 (thứ 4).
2: Về dự trù kinh phí ATVSLĐ của năm 2016:
Theo thống kê kinh phí ATVSLĐ 06 tháng đầu năm, một số BP đã dự trù kinh phí cao hơn hoặc thấp hơn nhiều so với chi phí thực tế (như: chi phí cho suất ăn của CBCNV của BP GA cao hơn so với chi phí thực tế; chi phí mua giá kệ của BP WH dự trù sẽ tăng lên so với kế hoạch ). Ban liên lạc đề nghị các Ủy viên:
- Kiểm tra dự trù kinh phí ATVSLĐ 06 tháng cuối năm của BP mình.
- Khi có thay đổi số tiền dự trù xin vui lòng gửi qua email cho Ms Huyền (BP PL) trước ngày 26.07.2016 (thứ 3).
Căn cứ vào số liệu các BP, Ban liên lạc sẽ điều chỉnh Bảng dự trù kinh phí ATVSLĐ năm 2016 & báo cáo lên HIZA.

To ensure the plan last year 2016/06 ATVSLĐ are conducted under Schedule & cost survey was planned, Contact the 2nd Board are looking forward to the Commissioner please help make specific, as follows: 1: On ATVSLĐ execution plans -The surveillance Commissioner made in accordance with the approved plans in May 03.2016. (please see the attached fiel)-If there are adjustments to the plan please send specific information via email to Ms (BP PL) before the 20.07.2016 (Wednesday).2: about the planned ATVSLĐ expenditure by 2016: According to the statistics of funding ATVSLĐ 6 months of the year, some BP has planned funding higher or lower than the actual costs (such as costs for the catering of EMPLOYEES of the BP STATION higher than actual costs; the cost to buy BP's shelves WH plan will increase compared to the plan). The contact Committee recommended the Commissioners:-Check ATVSLĐ outlay planned 6 months last year by BP. -When changing the amount planned please send via email to Ms (BP PL) before 26.07.2016 day (Tuesday).Based on the figures the BP, communications will adjust funding provisions ATVSLĐ Table 2016 reporting & HIZA.

liaison committee would like to thank the Commissioner for the help of funding OSH statistics of BP during the 06 months of the year (from 15.12.2015-15.06.2016). To ensure 06 month plan OSH end of 2016 was done according to schedule & budget was close to estimates,
there are 02 Board contacts the hope the Commissioner please help implementation, as follows:
1: On the implementation plan OSH
- The Commissioner of supervision comply with the approved plans in May 03.2016. (For more information please see the attached files that)
- If there is adjustment plan information please send an email to Ms specific Huyen (BP PL) prior to 07/20/2016 (4).
2: About costed OSH 2016:
According funding OSH 06 months, a number of costed BP has higher or lower than the actual cost (including the cost of staff ration of high BP GA than the actual costs, the cost of buying BP's shelves WH expected to rise compared to the plan). Liaison Committee proposed the Commissioner:
- Check costed OSH BP 06 months last year alone.
- When there are changes planned amount please send an email to Ms Huyen (BP PL) prior to 26.07 .2016 (3rd).
Based on the BP data, Liaison Committee will adjust Table costed OSH 2016 & up HIZA report.
