7. Tuân thủ các quy chuẩn về vận hành lưới điện truyền tải.
8. Khôi phục lại lưới điện truyền tải sau sự cố.
9. Bảo đảm sự làm việc ổn định, tin cậy và liên tục của các thiết bị DCS(Gateway)/RTU và hệ thống thông tin phục vụ vận hành an toàn hệ thống điện truyền tải.
