thật bất ngờ khi tôi nhận được thư của ngài quan tâm đến sự việc của tôi và điều đầu tiên tôi muốn nói rằng tôi biết ơn ngài về điều đó.

tôi đã viết nhiều lá thư yêu cầu đến văn phòng tỵ nạn Los angles tuy nhiên tôi nhận được chỉ là những lý do chính đáng cho dù tôi đã chờ đợi được phỏng vấn gần 2 năm tại đất nước của ngài.
tồi hoàn toàn không được hưởng những chế độ như những thường trú nhân vì tình trạng chưa hợp pháp của mình mặc dù vẫn đóng thuế như các công dân Mỹ.
tôi đã trải qua những ngày sống đói vì không có thực phẩm
tôi đã có những ngày bệnh nhưng phải đi làm với cơ thể mệt mỏi vì không có tiền mua thuốc
tôi hoàn toàn không thể tiếp thu nền học vấn đại học để có thể đóng góp hữu hiệu vào đất nước này
nhưng bù lại với những ký ức đó làm cho tôi có thêm nhiều kinh nghiệm để viết hai cuốn hồi ký:
-Ankor The True Story
nói về những thế hệ chúng tôi lớn lên sau năm 1975 và sống trong màn đêm tăm tối như lời cố Tổng Thống R.Reagan
-America The Hell or Heaven?
nói về những ngày tháng tôi sống tại đây với những kỷ niệm không thể phai mờ cũng như sự suy nghĩ của những người Việt Nam mới đến định cư tại Mỹ
cả hai cuốn sách sẽ được xuất bản bằng Anh Ngữ và chắc chắn rằng tôi sẽ không quên gửi đến kính tặng ngài, một người tranh đấu cho dân tộc chúng tôi
cuối cùng điều tôi mong muốn nhất hiện nay là câu trẻ lời chính thức từ sở di trú hoa kỳ, nếu không phỏng vấn vui lòng cho tôi một lá thư từ chối để tôi có thể tìm cho mình một quốc gia khác.
