phí giai đoạn 1, giai đoạn 2 sẽ được TCLVN hoàn trả lại cho khách hàng sau khi trừ đi khoản phí 34.020.000 vnđ nếu hồ sơ I-140 bị bộ di trú từ chối
toàn bộ phí dịch vụ nêu tại điều 5.1 ( giai đoạn 1,2,3,4) sẽ được TCLVN hoàn trả lại cho khách hàng sau khi trừ đi khoản phí 34.020.000 vnđ nếu buổi phỏng vấn visa không thành công do lỗi bên A
phí dịch vụ (theo điều 5.1) sẽ không được hoàn trả nếu hồ sơ bị từ chối vì lý do lỗi của bên A: bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn thông tin cá nhân không đầy đủ, chung cấp thông tin không trung thực, không đảm bảo sức khỏe, từng có tiền án/ tiền sự hoặc vi phạm luật nhập cư/ visa, tự ý thay đổi luật sư đại diện hoăc khách hàng đơn phương hủy bỏ hồ sơ xin nhập cư.
