Trong quá trình chuyển đổi thẻ, tôi không chú ý đến mục chuyển đổi chức danh khi sang công ty mới nên khi nhận được thẻ với chức danh là An toàn, không đúng với chức danh thực tế Giám sát mà tôi đang làm. Do đó, tôi làm bản tường trình này kính mong Phòng An Ninh (J.O.C) tạo điều kiện cho tôi được chuyển đổi chức danh trên thẻ ra vào công trường trong thời gian sớm nhất để tôi có thể làm việc tại Công ty Nippon Express
