Tôi rất thích dịch vụ massage đá nóng ở Spa Salem. Tôi rất hài lòng về dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng ở đây. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và mến khách, đặc biệt là Ms Lai, tay nghề rất tốt. Cách đây 3 hôm tôi và bạn tôi có đến đây, bạn tôi đã để quên điện thoại. Tối hôm đó về đến khách sạn chúng tôi phát hiện ra để quên ở spa, và đã gọi điện để kiểm tra. Và thật may mắn là họ đã giữ điện thoại cho chúng tôi. Sáng hôm sau, chúng tôi quay lại để nhận điện thoại và còn được giảm 10% trên tổng bill ngày hôm sau.

The staff are very friendly and hospitable, especially Ms Lai, the workmanship is very good. 3 minutes ago my friend and I come here, I have to forget the phone. That evening arrived at the hotel we discovered to forget in spa, and called to check in. And luckily they kept the phone for us.
