- Do nước ta hiện nay chưa xây dựng được tiêu chuẩn cho cách điện của các đường dây cao áp và siêu cao áp, qua nghiên cứu đề nghị áp dụng tiêu chuẩn IEC-305 là tiêu chuẩn nhiều nước và các hãng chế tạo cách điện lớn áp dụng. Tiêu chuẩn này trước đây đã được áp dụng cho các đường dây hiện có trên lưới điện Việt Nam và trong tương lai.
