Đối với hàng đặt mua qua fax, Bên B phải gửi thông báo theo mẩu của bên A trước ngày giao hàng. Trong đó phải ghi cụ thể loại sản phẩm, số lượng sản phẩm, phương tiện vận chuyển, số đăng ký của phương tiện vận chuyển, tên người điều khiển phương tiện vận chuyển kèm thông tin cá nhân
Đối với hàng đặt mua qua điện thoại, Bên B phải cử người đại diện giao dịch và dùng số điện thoại đặt hàng quy định tại Mục 8, Khoản 4.2, Điều IV của hợp đồng này và cung cấp cho Bên A về loại sản phẩm, số lượng sản phẩm, phương tiện vận chuyển, số đăng ký của phương tiện vận chuyển
