4.2.1. Bên B có phải có đủ tài chín

4.2.1. Bên B có phải có đủ tài chính, giấy phép để giao dịch, trao đổi và thanh toán theo thỏa thuận này.
4.2.2. Bên B cam kết thanh toán đúng theo điều 03 của hợp đồng này.
4.2.3. Bên B phải tự chịu trách nhiệm và xuất trình giấy phép bên mua/thu gom được quyền trao đổi trên lãnh thổ Lào và Việt Nam,nếu cơ quan chức năng yêu cầu. Cử cán bộ kỹ thuật có đủ trình độ và thiết bị máy móc để kiểm tra và có thẩm quyền ký bản nghiệm thu có hiệu lực.
4.2.4. Đảm bảo tuyệt đối bí mật, không tiết lộ mọi thông tin, nội dung của hợp đồng cho bất cứ ai ngoài những người tham gia thực hiện trong hợp đồng này..
4.2.5. Chịu trách nhiệm xin phép đảm bảo an ninh an toàn cho hàng và người tham gia trong hợp đồng của nhà nước Lào.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
