Đối với người lao động nước ngoài theo quy định tại Điểm e Khoản 1 Điều 2 Nghị định này phải có giấy chứng nhận tổ chức phi chính phủ nước ngoài, tổ chức quốc tế được phép hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam;
e) Đối với người lao động nước ngoài theo quy định tại Điểm h Khoản 1 Điều 2 Nghị định này phải có văn bản của nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cử người lao động nước ngoài vào Việt Nam để thành lập hiện diện thương mại của nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đó;
g) Đối với người lao động nước ngoài theo quy định tại Điểm i Khoản 1 Điều 2 Nghị định này mà tham gia vào hoạt động của doanh nghiệp nước ngoài đã thành lập hiện diện thương mại tại Việt Nam thì phải có văn bản chứng minh người lao động nước ngoài được tham gia vào hoạt động của doanh nghiệp nước ngoài đó.

With regard to foreign workers as defined in point e article 2 paragraph 1 of this decree must have the certificate of the foreign non-governmental organizations, international organizations are allowed to operate under the provisions of the law of Vietnam;e) for foreign workers under the provisions of point h paragraph 1 article 2 of this decree must have text of the service provider sent workers abroad into Vietnam to establish commercial presence of the service provider;g) for foreign workers as defined in article 2 paragraph 1 i of this decree that participated in operation of foreign enterprises have established commercial presence in Vietnam must have written proof of foreign workers are involved in the operation of foreign enterprises.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

For foreign workers as defined in Paragraph 1, Article 2 point e of this Decree shall have a certificate of non-governmental organizations abroad, international organizations are allowed to operate under the provisions of the law of Vietnam;
e) For foreign workers as defined in Paragraph 1, Article 2 point h this Decree must have written the service providers appointed foreign laborers in Vietnam to establish a commercial presence of a providing such services;
g) For foreign workers under the provisions of paragraph 1 point i Article 2 of this Decree which engage in activities of foreign enterprises have established a commercial presence in Vietnam, must provide written proof of foreign workers engaged in the activities of foreign firms there.
