-Điều 5: Quyền và nghĩa vụ của các bên
Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên A:
• Bên A có quyền không nghiệm thu nếu sản phẩm của Bên B không đúng theo hồ sơ thiết kế & mẫu đã được bên A duyệt hoặc chất lượng không đạt theo yêu cầu trước đó.
• Đề nghị tạm dừng sản xuất, thi công khi xét thấy bên B không làm đúng các thỏa thuận thuộc các điều khoản trong hợp đồng này.
• Có nghĩa vụ chuẩn bị bàn giao mặt bằng thi công đúng thời hạn, bàn giao nguồn và thanh toán tiền điện, nước (trước thời điểm khởi công), hướng dẫn vị trí đấu
nối hệ thống điện, nước phục vụ việc thi công.
• Cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin, nội dung liên quan cho Bên B để phục vụ tốt cho
công tác thi công (bản vẽ hiện trạng, bản vẽ thiết kế thi công các hạng mục liên quan).
• Cử người đại diện có trách nhiệm thường xuyên có mặt tại công trình để theo
dõi tiến độ và chất lượng thi công.
• Xác nhận khối lượng phát sinh nếu có để làm cơ sở cho việc nghiệm thu và thanh toán sau này.
• Thanh toán đúng theo nội dung của Phụ lục hợp đồng.
• Ký kết biên bản thanh lý Hợp đồng theo thông báo của Bên B, trong vòng 02 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo.
• Bố trí kho bãi tập kết hàng và cử bảo vệ trông coi công trình trong và ngoài giờ làm việc. 

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
