Chủ đầu tư và đơn vị tư vấn đã đi phỏng vấn trực tiếp người dân, sau đây là một vài ý kiến người dân:
- Ông A - Đại diện phường Hòa Khánh Nam: Sau khi nghe chủ đầu tư và đơn vị tư vấn trình bày “Đánh giá tác động môi trường của dự án khu đô thị mới phường Hòa Khánh Nam, quận Liên Chiểu, thành phố Đà Nẵng” tôi rất đồng ý với các giải pháp bảo vệ môi trường như báo cáo đã trình bày và rất hoan nghênh tinh thần của chủ đầu tư. Tuy nhiên, chủ đầu tư cần phải quan tâm hơn nữa đến vấn đề môi trường, công trình thoát nước và hệ thống cống rãnh cho vùng dân cư phía trong đô thị.
- Ông B: Tôi nhất trí với báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường của dự án và các giải pháp giảm thiểu ô nhiễm như đã nêu và yêu cầu chủ đầu tư thực hiện đúng như trong báo cáo đã cam kết.
- Ông C: Dự án được triển khai sẽ đem lại những hiệu quả thiết thực về kinh tế xã hội cho phường Hòa Khánh Nam. Đề nghị chủ đầu tư tạo điều kiện ưu tiên giải quyết lao động tại chỗ cho địa phương.
