Nếu hai bên không tư giải quyết đượ

Nếu hai bên không tư giải quyết được, việc tranh chấp sẽ được phân xử tại Tòa án Kinh tế thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Quyết định của tòa án là cuối cùng mà các bên phải thi hành. Phí Tòa án sẽ do bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the two sides cannot resolve private, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration in court economy of Ho Chi Minh City. The Court's decision is final in which the right of enforcement. Charges will be due on the fault is responsible for the payment.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If two private parties can not be resolved, the dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. The decision of the court is final and binding on the debtor. Court fees shall be borne by the party at fault is responsible for payment.
