Hiện nay, Seameo Retrac được coi là trường dạy ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh lớn nên việc chia đều ra các phòng ban để vận hành là điều vô cùng cần thiết. Mỗi bộ phận có một nhiệm vụ riêng từ đó thực hiện để có thể đạt được mục tiêu.
Funtion của mỗi bộ phận và vị trí:
+ Hội đồng quản trị: Bao gồm các thành viên trong hội đồng như chủ tịch hội đồng và phó chủ tịch hội đồng. Họ là những người đưa ra quyết định và chiến lược cho ngôi trường. Những mục tiêu và thử thách của trường đều do họ quyết định.
