Đối với việc phân chia lợi nhuận sa

Đối với việc phân chia lợi nhuận sau thuế cho các cổ đông (Cty CP) hay các thành viên (TNHH), không có văn bản nào bắt buộc là có lợi nhuận sau thuế sẽ phải chia lợi tức hay cổ tức cho các thành viên hay cổ đông. Nếu có phân chia lợi nhuận cho các thành viên hay cổ đông thì phải đáp ứng 1 số các đk theo luật doanh nghiêp:
