2. Nội dung AEC
AEC được hình thành vào cuối năm 2015 trên cơ sở các hiệp định khung về Thương mại Hàng hóa (ATIGA), Thương mại Dịch vụ (AFAS), Thương mại Đầu tư (ACIA)
2.1 Hiệp định Thương mại Hàng hóa ASEAN (ATIGA)
Hiệp định ATIGA 2010 có tiền thân là Hiệp định Ưu đãi thuế quan có hiệu lực chung (CEPT/AFTA) được thực hiện từ năm 1992.
Mục tiêu của Hiệp định là này là đạt được sự lưu chuyển tự do của hàng hoá trong ASEAN như một trong những công cụ chính để xây dựng thị trường đơn nhất và cơ sở sản xuất chung hướng tới hội nhập kinh tế sâu sắc hơn trong khu vực hướng tới thực hiện Cộng đồng Kinh tế ASEAN (AEC) vào năm 2015 .

2.1 Agreement on Trade in Goods ASEAN (ATIGA)
ATIGA 2010, formerly known as Preferential Tariff Agreement on Common Effective (CEPT / AFTA) was implemented in 1992.
The objective of this Agreement is to achieve the free movement of goods within ASEAN as one of the main instruments to build a single market and production base towards overall economic integration in the region deeper towards implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015.
