Trong suốt thời gian hai tháng vừa qua, tôi đã đang triển khai thực hiện hai dự án sản xuất và kinh doanh thương mại tại Việt nam, dự án thứ nhất là thành lập một công ty thương mại nhập khẩu và phân phối sản phẩm và dự án thứ hai là mua một nhà máy sản xuất các sản phẩm đồ uống, theo chiến lược và tầm nhìn đến năm 2020 của công ty chúng tôi tại thị trường Việt nam.
Để thực hiện các dự án nêu trên, tôi đã phải nỗ lực làm việc và hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan thực hiện việc lập kế hoạch chiến lược, nghiên cứu thị trường, kế hoạch kinh doanh, kế hoạch tài chính, kế hoạch lỗ lãi, chiến lược sản phẩm, chiến lược tiếp cận thị trường, nguồn nhân lực, chuỗi cung ứng sản phẩm, sản xuất, xuất nhập khẩu, kho bãi và dịch vụ logistics…vv sau đó trình bày toàn bộ các dự án trước Ban Giám đốc và Giám đốc điều hành để tìm kiếm phê duyệt nội bộ. Môi trường đầu tư và kinh doanh tại Việt nam, mặc dù chính phủ đã có nhiều hành động quyết liệt nhằm cải thiện môi trường đầu tư kinh doanh, tuy nhiên là một quốc gia đang phát triển, đang chuyển đổi từ nền kinh tế bao cấp kế hoạch sang nền kinh tế thị trường, chúng tôi đã gặp rất nhiều thách thức từ những rào cản và khó khăn khi thực hiện các dự án đầu tư liên quan đến chính sách pháp luật chưa hoàn thiện, các thủ tục hành chính, chính sách thuế, hải quan chưa được hoàn thiện, minh bạch. Chính vì vậy, mà tôi đã phải giành rất nhiều thời gian cho các công việc, tuy nhiên thông qua bài học của Dell, tôi đã luôn lập các kế hoạch về thời gian cụ thể giữa công việc và thời gian nghỉ ngơi cùng gia đình. Tôi đã cùng gia đình tham gia các buổi pinic hay tham gia các buổi gặp mặt của các phụ huynh đối hay giành thời gian ít ỏi đưa con tham dự kỳ thi vào trung học hay gặp mặt các bạn bè, người thân cùng gia đình vào những dịp cuối tuần. Niềm hạnh phúc lớn nhất đối với tôi là kết quả học tập tốt của các con và tạo được niềm vui trong gia đình đồng thời cũng thu hoạch được những kết quả công việc tốt

Therefore, I had to gain a lot of time for work, but through the lesson of Dell, I was always planning on specific time between work and leisure time with his family. I have the same family attending pinic or participate in the meetings of the parents little time or respect to take the exam at the middle school or meet your friends, relatives of the same family on the weekends. The greatest happiness for me is good academic results and create fun in the family at the same time the harvest is the good work results
