- Khoản phạt thanh toán chậm được áp dụng như sau:
+ Từ 10 ngày trở lên: 0.05% x số ngày trễ x số tiền phải thanh toán
+ Từ 30 ngày trở lên: 2%/ tháng x số ngày trễ x số tiền phải thanh toán
- Bên A ngưng cung cấp hàng cho Bên B
