 Điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất của bộ phận nhà hàng nhìn chung là tốt. giám đốc và quản lý có văn phòng làm việc riêng. Hệ thống thông tin liên lạc với 20 máy tính cá nhân giúp cho việc thông tin giữa các bộ phận rất nhanh chóng và kịp thời. Văn phòng làm việc đều được trang bị hệ thống máy lạnh , máy điện thoại bàn, máy fax, máy vi tính… Ba máy photocopy lớn đặt tại phòng nhân sự, tiếp tân đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu của Khách sạn.
 Nhân viên đều có tủ riêng ( locker ) và phòng tắm riêng ( nam nữ ) để thực hiện vấn đề sạch sẽ cá nhân trườc giờ làm việc cũng như trước khi ra về.
 Bếp ăn tập thể ( canteen ) tại lầu 6 đáp ứng được bữa ăn giữa ca cho tất cả nhân viên nhà hàng với chất lượng khá tốt. Thêm vào đó, bãi giữ xe tại tầng hầm cũng tạo sự thuận tiện cho tất cả nhân viên.
