Nhóm giám sát và đánh giá có trách nhiệm báo cáo kết quả sau khi được kiểm tra cho Trưởng SPMU. Các thông tin về kết quả sự tiến bộ các năng lực người học hàng năm cũng được Hội đồng đào tạo quản lý, theo dõi qua những công cụ giám sát năng lực cụ thể. Hội đồng đào tạo có trách nhiệm viết báo cáo về chương trình dựa trên năng lực hàng năm và công khai báo cáo này trên website chương trình đổi mới
