ĐIỀU 14 GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
Các Bên sẽ nỗ lực tối đa giải quyết các tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan từ Hợp đồng này hoặc các vi phạm hợp đồng thông qua thương lượng trên tinh thần hòa giải hữu nghị và thiện chí. Nếu các bên không thể giải quyết các tranh chấp đó trong khoản thời gian 30 ngày kể từ lần thương lượng đầu tiên, thì tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra giải quyết tại Trung tâm Trọng tài quốc tế Việt Nam bên cạnh Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam theo quy tắc trọng tài của Trung tâm. Quyết định của trọng tài là chung thẩm và có giá trị bắt buộc thực hiện đối với cả hai Bên.

ĐIỀU 15 THỎA THUẬN CHUNG :
15.1. Hai bên đã hiểu rõ quyền, nghĩa vụ và lợi ích hợp pháp của mình và cam kết thực hiện nghiêm túc các điều khoản nêu trong hợp đồng;
15.2. Bất kỳ sự thay đổi, sữa chữa hoặc bổ sung nào trong hợp đồng này điều không có hiệu lực trừ khi chúng được thoả thuận của hai bên, được lập thành văn bản và có chữ ký đóng dấu của hai bên. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu nhận thấy có những điểm bất hợp lý thì hai bên sẽ thương lượng, thoả thuận để sửa đổi, bổ sung bằng các phụ lục hợp đồng;
15.3. Hợp đồng được lập thành 02 bản, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.

The decision of the arbitrator's jurisdiction and General mandatory value for both parties.Article 15 GENERAL AGREEMENT:15.1. Any changes, repairs or additions within this contract thing has no effect unless they are agreed upon by the two sides, to be made in writing and signed by the two sides seal. In the course of performing the contract, if noticed the unreasonable points, the two parties will negotiate, to modify the agreement, supplemented by the annex;15.3. The contract is made in 2 copies, each party holds 1st a legal value as each other.

ARTICLE 14 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Parties shall endeavor to settle up any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract or the breach of contract through negotiations in the spirit of reconciliation, friendship and goodwill. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute in terms of time of 30 days after the first negotiation, the dispute will be settled by the International Arbitration Centre of Vietnam to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vietnam now under the arbitration rules of the Centre. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding made ​​to both Parties.

ARTICLE 15 GENERAL AGREEMENT:
15.1. The two sides understand the rights, obligations and legal interests of their own and a serious commitment to implement the terms outlined in the contract;
15.2. Any changes, repairs or additions to this contract which does not take effect unless it is agreed upon by both parties, shall be made ​​in writing and signed by the two sides sealed. In the course of contract performance, if found there are unreasonable point, the two parties will negotiate an agreement to amend and supplement the annexes by the contract;
15.3. The contract is made ​​in 02 copies, each hold 01 Version of the same legal value.
