Bên A cũng như Bên B không chịu trá

Bên A cũng như Bên B không chịu trách nhiệm về việc không hoàn thành bất kỳ điều khoản hay điều kiện nào của hợp đồng nếu việc không hoàn thành đó do một nguyên nhân ngoài tầm kiểm soát bao gồm thiên tai, hỏa hoạn, dịch bệnh, chiến tranh, nổi loạn, các hành vi can thiệp của Nhà nước Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A Party B as not responsible about not fulfilling any of the terms or conditions of the contract if the work is not complete it due to a cause beyond control including natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, rebellion, acts of State intervention in Vietnam.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party A and Party B is not liable for failure to complete any of the terms or conditions of the contract if it is not completed due to a cause beyond its control including natural disasters, fires, epidemics , war, riots, acts of interference by the State of Vietnam.
