 Đặt tên máy in
o Chộn mã máy in trống
o Nhập tên máy in
o Chọn nút mở để sử dụng
o Cập nhật
 Đổi tên máy in
o Chọn máy in cần đổi tên
o Nhập tên mới ở ô Tên
o Nhấn nút Cập nhật để xác nhận
 Tắt mở máy in:
o Chọn máy in
o Nhận vào nút Tắt hoặc Mở để sử dụng hoặc không sử dụng máy in đó
o Lưu ý : tên máy in phải trùng với tên của máy in được cài đặt trong hệ thống
