Vietnam is a country with a total population of nearly 90 million people with a growing economy. Each year there are a million babies were born in Vietnam and with the increasing population, the development of health systems and hospitals became the one thing necessary. However, according to the report by the World Health Association, Vietnam was still lagging behind compared with the area of the source of revenues and costs for the healthcare industry. Why Vietnam lack health services sources is because the majority of people living in rural Vietnam, where the condition of infrastructure is still poor. According to the Ministry of health, 4/5 of the health needs in Vietnam come from rural areas, while skilled labour force. In addition, hospitals are not enough room to contain also the training service medical staff are still scarce.
