2.1. Dự kiến nhiệm kỳ I, Hội đồng quản trị sẽ bao gồm:

• Từ nhiệm kỳ II, Hội đồng quản trị sẽ được bầu theo các thành phần đại diện cổ đông, đại diện Ban Giám hiệu, đại diện các đoàn thể của trường.
• Hội đồng quản trị nhà trường tổ chức và hoạt động theo quy định tại Điều lệ Trường Mầm non và Quy chế Tổ chức và hoạt động của các trường ngoài công lập do Bộ trưởng Bộ Giáo Dục và Đào tạo ban hành.
• Hội đồng quản trị nhà trường họp định kỳ 3 tháng 1 lần.
• Các kỳ họp có thể mở rộng mời hiệu trưởng tham gia khi cần thiết.
