Chính phủ giao NHNN kiểm soát chặt chẽ hoạt động kinh doanh của các tổ chức tín dụng; tăng cường công tác thanh kiểm tra, giám sát để đánh giá thực trạng hoạt động của từng ngân hàng thương mại, tổ chức tín dụng và toàn bộ hệ thống ngân hàng để có phương án xử lí kịp thời khi cần thiết.
Thứ năm: tiếp tục đẩy mạnh hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh. Thúc đẩy phát triển sản xuất, xuất khẩu hàng nông sản, chú ý đến những mặt hàng VN có thế mạnh như gạo, cà phê, ,….
Thứ sáu: đẩy mạnh công tác tư tưởng, thông tin, tuyên truyền, tạo đồng thuận cao trong xã hội
